Yes, D turns one this week :D. I can’t believe it has been an year already, time is moving so fast. I am so thankful that I have met so many sweet people here and there is so much love in this community. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your continuous support and love.

Watches are compelling and classic accessories in my closet. I dont leave home without a watch on my wrist even in this smart phone era. My obsession with watches started at 6th grade when I got my first ever wrist watch which I still have in my collection. Over the years, I developed an appreciation and love for this accessory. I even get tons of compliments for my watch collection. So my hunt for classic and unique watches still continues. When I was contacted by JORD to review one of their watches, I was delighted with the opportunity. I am already sold by their intriguing and uniquely made natural wood designs.

Look & Feel: It feels super light despite the visual impression. It is made of real wood which falls under my new pledge of “Yes to green and natural”. With the classic round dial, design is simple and eclectic. The watch is clearly versatile and surely makes a fashion statement when worn.

If you are looking for sustainable products, this will find a place in your wishlist. JORD is transparent about the source of the woods on their website. They have online customer chat service available on the website if you have any questions. Now they have specialized engraving service on the watch which would make a perfect gift.

Warnings: Although I am happy and satisfied with the watch, there are two drawbacks I think you have to be aware of. The watch is made of wood which explains that it is not completely water-proof, JORD call it as Splash-proof. Other thing worth mentioning is know your wrist size before placing an order, so you can avoid stress in getting it modified for your size.
